During his time at Postal Service HQ as an Industrial Psychologist, Economist, and Program Manager, Henry contributed to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency.  

As an Industrial Psychologist, Henry applied his knowledge and understanding of human behavior, motivation, and construction. Developed and implemented strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve maintenance craft employee choice and promotion, workplace productivity, and employee satisfaction.  

Henry’s background in economics allowed him to analyze complex economic data and provide insights to inform business strategies. He collected and analyzed complex economic data to provide insights for the development and implementation of initiatives to improve resource allocation and cost management. With his knowledge of economics, Henry found opportunities for growth and development within organizations. He understood how economic factors could affect business performance and used this insight to drive growth.  

As a Program Manager, Henry successfully led cross-functional teams and managed complex projects to achieve organizational goals, and managed complex projects to improve operational efficiency and service quality. He also improved awareness of program status by writing quarterly updates for senior management and the Board of Governors. 

After 42 years of government service, and 59 years of dedicated work, he decided it was time to do something meaningful for Christ. Henry began his transition to community work by working as a substitute teacher in the South County school district. This experience allowed him to interact with students and gain a deeper understanding of the challenges they face in their education. He also worked as a school bus driver, transporting students to and from school. This role gave him insight into the transportation barriers students in the South County communities often face. 

Henry played a crucial role in the 2020 Census as a Lister and Enumerator. Through this work, he gained firsthand knowledge of the diverse population and the needs of the South County communities. These experiences exposed Henry to various needs and inspired him to start a nonprofit charity. His goal is to address the educational and social challenges faced by the residents to thrive. Motivated by his dedication to service and desire to make a lasting impact, Henry decided to start a nonprofit charity to provide support and resources to those in need. 

Mueller is the Chief Executive Officer of Field of Treasure Incorporated, a nonprofit charity dedicated to supporting children and families in need. With his leadership and dedication, he has made a significant impact on the lives of individuals through this organization. Improving the quality of life of underserved residents by addressing their immediate needs and empowering them to build a brighter future. 

Under Henry’s guidance, Field of Treasure Incorporated has expanded its reach and provided support to children and families facing difficult circumstances. Through various programs and initiatives, the organization has been able to provide essential resources, including education and community outreach to those in need. Fostering community engagement and collaboration to create lasting change. 

As a contributing member of the South County Faith Network Board of Directors, he collaborates with other community leaders to develop and implement initiatives addressing the needs of the local community. Henry actively engages with other board members and community leaders to find areas of need and develop strategic plans to address them. Initiatives undertaken by the South County Faith Network have a positive and lasting impact on the community through collaboration and teamwork. 

Henry’s experiences working in the film industry as an extra in the movies Air Force One, GI Jane, and The Replacements exposed him to different industries and allowed him to see the power of storytelling and the impact of visual media.
