Mueller attended the University of Maryland, where he pursued a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Business Administration. He also earned a Master of General Administration Degree in Technological Administration.
Henry’s career in sales allowed him to develop strong interpersonal skills and passion for building relationships with clients. He consistently exceeded sales targets and received awards for his outstanding performance. His experience in the construction industry allowed him to develop a deep understanding of project management and attention to detail. He successfully managed complex construction projects, ensuring they were completed on time and within budget.

Developed and implemented strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve maintenance craft employee choice and promotion, workplace productivity, and employee satisfaction.
Henry’s background in economics allowed him to analyze complex economic data and provide insights to inform business strategies. He collected and analyzed complex economic data to provide insights for the development and implementation of initiatives to improve resource allocation and cost management. With his knowledge of economics, Henry found opportunities for growth and development within organizations. He understood how economic factors could affect business performance and used this insight to drive growth.

These experiences exposed Henry to various needs and inspired him to start a nonprofit charity. His goal is to address the educational and social challenges faced by the residents to thrive. Motivated by his dedication to service and desire to make a lasting impact, Henry decided to start a nonprofit charity to provide support and resources to those in need.
Mueller is the Chief Executive Officer of Field of Treasure Incorporated, a nonprofit charity dedicated to supporting children and families in need. With his leadership and dedication, he has made a significant impact on the lives of individuals through this organization. Improving the quality of life of underserved residents by addressing their immediate needs and empowering them to build a brighter future.
